1. Investment Casting (Lost-Wax Casting)

• Wax pattern injection

• Silica Sol shell/Water Glass Shell/ Compound Shell building

• Dewaxing & high-temperature roasting

• Molten steel pouring (custom alloys available)

• Shell removal & cut-off

• Shot Blasting

2. CNC Machining (Optional)

• Precision milling, turning, drilling

• Threading, grinding, surface treatment

3. Quality Inspection

• Dimensional checks (CMM)

• Mechanical testing (tensile, hardness,impact etc)

• Non-destructive testing (X-ray, UT, MPI)
