Investment Casting Service Stainless Steel Precision Castings Production:
- Wax Pattern Creation: High-precision molds are used to create wax patterns, ensuring accurate dimensions and a smooth surface finish.
- Shell Mold Formation: Advanced shell-building materials and techniques, such as silica sol or sodium silicate or composite shell, are applied layer by layer to form a strong, heat-resistant shell mold.
- Dewaxing and Firing: Steam or high-temperature dewaxing is employed, followed by high-temperature firing to remove residual wax from the shell mold and enhance its strength.
- Melting and Pouring: Appropriate melting equipment and processes are selected based on the casting material, with strict control over pouring temperature and speed to ensure complete mold filling.
- Post-Processing: Techniques such as shot blasting, cutting, and grinding are used to remove the shell mold and risers from the casting surface.
