Engineering Precision Carbon Steel Casts Production:

• Wax Pattern Creation: Use high-precision molds to make wax patterns. This ensures they have accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces.​
  Shell Mold Formation: Apply advanced shell-building materials and techniques layer by layer. These include silica sol, sodium silicate, or composite shells. The result is a strong, heat-resistant shell mold.​
  De-waxing and Firing: Use steam or high-temperature methods to remove the wax. Then fire the mold at high temperatures. This gets rid of any remaining wax and makes the shell stronger.​
  Melting and Pouring: Choose the right melting equipment and processes based on the casting material. Control the pouring temperature and speed strictly to make sure the mold fills completely.​
  Post-Processing: Use techniques like shot blasting, cutting, and grinding to remove the shell mold and risers from the casting surface. Apply necessary heat treatment and surface finishing too—this improves the casting’s performance.
