About Lantian Investment Casting Foundry:

1. 4 Branch Mills
   Presently we have 4 branch factories covering an area of 24,000m2 for production of casting parts. We have one sodium silicate processing (water glass processing) foundry, one silicon sol processing foundry, one cnc machining shop and one mold making plant and one sales office, over 400 staff working in our foundry.
2. 100% Quality Check
   Our testing equipment for the investment casting parts is quite complete and advanced. We have spectrometers imported from Italy and Germany, and we can carry out the general physical test like tensile test, impact test, hardness detection etc. Our fluorescent magnetic particle detector handles magnetic particle inspections, ultrasonic inspections, and coloring inspections. And we strictly control every precision casting from our foundry, ensuring they meet all relevant national and industry standards.
3. ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949:2002 Certified
   Our company passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification in January 2003.  In March 2008, we obtained the TS 16949:2002 quality management system certificate,  and we have obtained the production license issued by the Germanischer Lloyd.
