We have one sodium silicate processing (water glass processing) foundry, one silicon sol processing foundry, one cnc machining shop and one mold making plant and one sales office, over 400 staff working in our foundry.

We have spectrometers imported from Italy and Germany, and we can carry out the general physical test like tensile test, impact test, hardness detection etc. Our fluorescent magnetic particle detector handles magnetic particle inspections, ultrasonic inspections, and coloring inspections. And we strictly control every precision casting from our foundry, ensuring they meet all relevant national and industry standards.

   Our company passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification in January 2003.  In March 2008, we obtained the TS 16949:2002 quality management system certificate,  and we have obtained the production license issued by the Germanischer Lloyd.

In the aspects of chemical composition test: We have Italy F – 20 direct reading spectrometer, Q6 imported from Germany and domestic spectrometer analysis of the elements C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B, W; In the aspect of physical performance testing, we can carry out tensile test, impact test, hardness detection and metallographic analysis etc. And we have fluorescent magnetic particle detector to do the magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and coloring inspection.
