A professional precision investment casting foundry, firstly has been engaged in silica sol casting and the water glass casting process since 1997.

Lantian Precision Machinery Manufacturing Foundry is a machinery manufacturing enterprise specializing in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and other precision castings, unit weight of casting product is 0.05-80KGS, annual capacity is 5000 tons. The casting products are mainly used in marine and ships, automotive industry, internal combustion engines, agricultural machinery and other industries.

wax injection equipment, mixer, Q3110 coating drum of shot blasting machine, Q378D suspension type shot blasting machine,0.5 T intermediate frequency induction electric furnace,DC arc welding machine,  grinding machine, manual sandblasting machine, crawler shot blasting machine,welding transformer (BX3-510),   box-type resistance furnace, burning kiln, hydraulic press, on testing machine, air compressor;

Facilities for Silica sol casting :

wax liquid treatment three-piece, wax injection machine, industrial cold water machine, moistening slurry machine,  die machine,sand machine, spray sand machine, fully automatic demineralized water controller, filter,  (KRY – 75-6) resistance furnace, box-type resistance furnace temperature control cabinet, tempering, (Q326C) crawler shot blasting machine, (Q476C) double hook shot blasting machine;

CNC machining processing equipment are:

CNC milling machine, Vertical CNC machine center, Vertical drilling machine, Universal radial milling machine,CNC machine tools, Radial drilling machine, engine lathe, Bandsaw machine, Bow sawing machine, Wire cutting machine tools.

There are over 1000 kinds of casting products from our foundry, including container locks, auto parts, agricultural machinery parts and stainless steel products, valve parts, pump parts etc.Products are exported to the United States, Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia and more than 20 countries and regions, and our products are highly appraised by our new and regular customers.

 

Our testing equipment is advanced and complete too. In the aspects of chemical composition test: F – 20 direct reading spectrometer from Italy and Germany import of Q6 and domestic spectrometer analysis of the elements C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B, W. In the aspect of physical performance testing, tensile test, impact test, hardness detection and metallographic analysis can be carried out.

The fluorescent magnetic particle detector is a versatile tool that can not only be used for magnetic particle inspection,  but also for ultrasonic inspection and coloring inspection. This makes it an essential device for ensuring the quality and integrity of various components. In addition to our advanced inspection capabilities, the various precision castings we produce strictly adhere to national standards and industry standards.
