Annual capacity of oem precision steel casting parts is 5000 tons, and the precise cast parts are widely used in Automotive And Truck, Railway And Trains,Ships And Marines, Agricultural Machinery, Petrochemical Machinery, Mining Machinery, Sanitary Ware, Hardware, Construction and other industry.Our investment casting products have been exported to USA, Japan, Netherlands,Germany, French, Australia, Mid-east area and other countries and regions, all our customers have built long term relationship and partnership with our company as our cooperation went.

The casting components we provided are strictly manufactured according to the national related standard and industrial requirement by our clients. We obtained a production license issued by the German Classification Society and we passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certificate in 2003, from raw material incoming inspection to production process till final finished products inspection, all regulation are followed strictly. And we got TS16949:2002 certified in 2008. And our foundry were awarded with well-know and trustworthy enterprise in Liaoning.

We have the facilities for sodium silicate process casting: wax injection equipment, mixer, Q3110 coating drum of shot blasting machine, Q378D suspension type shot blasting machine, crawler shot blasting machine, grinding machine, manual sandblasting machine, welding transformer (BX3-510), DC arc welding machine, 0.5 T intermediate frequency induction electric furnace, box-type resistance furnace, burning kiln, hydraulic press, on testing machine, air compressor;
Facilities for Silica sol process casting : wax liquid treatment three-piece, wax injection machine, industrial cold water machine, moistening slurry machine, sand machine, spray sand machine, fully automatic demineralized water controller, filter, die machine, (KRY – 75-6) resistance furnace, box-type resistance furnace temperature control cabinet, tempering, (Q326C) crawler shot blasting machine, (Q476C) double hook shot blasting machine;
CNC machining processing equipment are: vertical machining center, CNC milling machine, vertical milling machine, CNC machine tools, universal radial milling machine, radial drilling machine, engine lathe, bandsaw machine, bow sawing machine, wire cutting machine tools.

Lantian precision casting foundry has complete testing equipment in our factory. In the aspects of chemical composition test: We have Italy F – 20 direct reading spectrometer, Q6 imported from Germany and domestic spectrometer analysis of the elements C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B, W; In the aspect of physical performance testing, we can carry out tensile test, impact test, hardness detection and metallographic analysis etc.The fluorescent magnetic particle detector can also be used for magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and colouring inspection.
