The steel casting foundry was established in 1997, specializing in processing of carbon steel castings, low alloy steel castings, stainless steel castings and other precision casting components. Unit weight of the cast parts is from 0.05kgs to 80kgs, and annual capacity is 5000 tons. The OEM/ODM investment casting products are mainly used in automotive, wind turbine, internal combustion engines, agricultural machinery,petrochemical machinery, Oil & Gas offshore platform and other versatile industries.
Presently Lantian precision casting company has 4 branch factories covering an area of 19000m2,having one sodium silicate /water glass shell processing workshop, one silica sol shell investment casting processing workshop, one cnc machining workshop and one in-house tooling workshop, total employees are more than 400.

Our investment casting/lost wax casting foundry has complete testing equipment. In the aspects of chemical composition test for the casting parts: We have Italy F – 20 direct reading spectrometer, Q6 imported from Germany and domestic spectrometer analysis of the elements C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B, W; In the aspect of physical performance testing on the casting parts, we can carry out tensile test, impact test, hardness detection and metallographic analysis etc.The fluorescent magnetic particle detector can also be used for magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and coloring inspection.
